- All orders within the United States can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. International customers can only return an item for an exchange or store credit.
- If you are unsatisfied with any item you receive, we will gladly take back or exchange the item when returned within 7 days from the day you received it.

- DO NOT send any items back without first obtaining your Return Authorization Number. Doing so will delay the process of your credit/exchange.
- You can then return the item in its original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in exact original condition with all tags and must not show any signs of being worn. Should you decide to be refunded for your returned items, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.

To ensure excellent quality, there is a 5-point inspection of all merchandise before it is shipped-- including final inspections by your sales rep and the order-packing department. In the unlikely event that a damaged item has been included in your order, please inform us within 5 days of receipt. We will replace it with exactly the same style, color and size you originally ordered. We are not responsible for damages incurred after receipt, or for items that have been worn for any reason.
